It’s the State Capitol Report. Gov. Scott Walker comes out against arming teachers, Walker is sued for not calling for special elections and Wisconsin leads a lawsuit to strike down Obamacare. WPR’s state capitol reporter Laurel White brings us up to speed on those issues and more.
