State Capitol Report: School Safety Update, Lincoln Hills, Democratic Candidates For Governor

For this week’s State Capitol Report, we do an update on Governor Walker’s $100 million school safety plan, and unpack a legislative kerfuffle over how to go about closing the troubled Lincoln Hills juvenile detention center just as the legislative session is coming to an end.
