Legislative leaders of a state task force on foster care convened by Assembly Speaker Robin Vos last year have issued their final report. We talk with the co-chairs about issues within Wisconsin’s foster care system, successes over the past year, and changes they suggest to improve programs that serve almost 8,000 children in the state.
