Advancing La Crosse's Stormwater Utility Project
The city of La Crosse is in the process of beginning a stormwater utility. Homes and businesses will soon start seeing quarterly bills designed to help improve stormwater quality that’s discharged into the Mississippi River. It will also help reduce problems with localized street flooding over time. Learn more about property changes that can be made to receive credits and reduce stormwater utility bills.
