Iowa and Minnesota are by far the leaders in the upper Midwest, and Wisconsin is a state that has some of the fewest wind farm projects in the planning stages. We debate the pros and cons of Wisconsin’s current wind power siting laws, and look at the prospects for future wind energy projects.
