Thursday, August 30 at 10 a.m., Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Route 51” will feature a conversation on the impact of climate change on North Central Wisconsin with Michael Notaro, associate director of the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research at UW-Madison, and Katherine Clancy, professor of water resources at the UW-Stevens Point College of Natural Resources. Host Glen Moberg will ask Notaro and Clancy about the evidence of climate change globally and in Wisconsin, its effect on Lake Superior and other regional bodies of water, and the projections of its impact in the years ahead. “Route 51” will take listener calls live at 1-800-780-9742.
