Our guest will be Edward Janus, author of Creating Dairyland, How Caring for Cows Saved our Soil, Created our Landscape, Brought Prosperity to our State, and Still Shapes our Way of Life in Wisconsin. Janus is a former dairy farmer, audio journalist and oral historian. His work examines how farm life in Wisconsin evolved through the years, and how dairy farming shaped our state’s progressive history.
