This Thursday, January 29th at 10 am, Wisconsin Public Radio’s Route 51 examines the options facing the Village of Brokaw, which is saddled with millions of dollars of debt following the closure of the Wausau Paper Company mill. A recent consultant’s report recommended that the Village either dissolve or be annexed to the City of Wausau. Host Glen Moberg will moderate a discussion with Marathon County Administrator Brad Karger, City of Wausau Alderman Keene Winters, and Andrew Phillips of Phillips Borowski S.C., an attorney who helped draft the consultant’s report.
