Poverty and Domestic Violence in North Central Wisconsin

This week Route 51 addresses the problems of poverty and domestic violence in North Central Wisconsin, and how they affect children. The recently released LIFE study report in Marathon County shows that those issues continue to be among our region’s greatest problems.
