On May 24 at 10 a.m. Wisconsin Public Radio’s Route 51 features an hour of lively conversation and live music with Wisconsin’s own Art Stevenson, a bluegrass artist whose band High Water has received critical acclaim over a career spanning more than two decades. Host Glen Moberg will ask Stevenson about his musical influences and the growing popularity of string bands in North Central Wisconsin and across America. Stevenson will perform live music on guitar and harmonica during the program. Art Stevenson and High Water will be performing at Wisconsin Public Radio’s Simply Folk Shindig with Joseph Huber and Nickel & Rose at the Rothschild Pavilion, Thursday, June 7 at 7 pm.
