November 16 at 10 am, Wisconsin Public Radio’s Route 51 welcomes author Mary Dougherty discussing her new book Life in a Northern Town, Cooking, Eating, and Other Adventures Along Lake Superior. In her book, Dougherty shares recipes and stories of northern Wisconsin life for each of the four seasons. Host Glen Moberg will ask Dougherty about the inspiration she derives from life on the Lake Superior shore in her hometown of Bayfield, and her favorite culinary creations as we head toward the Thanksgiving holiday.
