This week we focus on the Shawano County Rural Health Initiative, a non-profit program designed to address growing concerns regarding health care issues facing today’s farm families. At the center of this program is a Rural Health Coordinator who makes free “house” calls to interested farm families to provide health information, education, and referrals to area services.
