This week we continue our summer music series by welcoming members of the Sid Kyler Dixieland Band to preview the second annual Sid Kyler River Valley Jazz Festival. Route 51 host and guitarist Glen Moberg will sit in with legendary band leader Sid Kyler, clarinet and sax player Louis Pradt, and pianist and vocalist Ray Kraemer for an hour of live music and lively conversation. The annual free jazz festival takes place this Friday evening and all day Saturday, July 15th and 16th, at the Bull Falls Brewery, 901 E. Thomas Street in Wausau. 13 bands have been lined up for the event, which is being sponsored for the second consecutive year by Wisconsin Public Radio.
