August Wilson considered Joe Turner’s Come and Gone his masterpiece. Set in a Pittsburgh boarding house in 1911, the play unfolds at the intersection of Black magic and Christianity as it follows the comings and goings of people hoping to rebuild their lives. Director Baron Kelly and cast members take us into the minds of some of the characters.
