A new tax on electric vehicle charging in public started yesterday in Wisconsin. A southeast Wisconsin village has 14 different zip codes, but they’re trying to get their own. And, the bottom of the Great Lakes floor isn’t fully known. Some agencies say that mapping the floor will support climate resilience.
