Enbridge oil spill update, Frigid temperatures and sub zero wind chills in Wisconsin

Enbridge reported only four gallons of crude oil reached groundwater at the site of its oil spill in Jefferson County. The craft beer craze may be coming to an end with more breweries closed than opened across the nation last year. And, frigid temperatures and sub zero wind chills are blanketing the state, but that could change by the end of the week.
