Republicans on the state’s building commission have rejected the governor’s four billion dollar capital projects plan. Waukesha County leads early voting. One southeast Wisconsin village is at odds over political yard signs. And, the results of the April 1st election will decide whether Wisconsin’s voter ID law will be enshrined in the state constitution.
