GOP rejects Gov. Evers capital projects plan, What we know after almost a decade of voter ID

Republicans on the state’s building commission have rejected the governor’s four billion dollar capital projects plan. Waukesha County leads early voting. One southeast Wisconsin village is at odds over political yard signs. And, the results of the April 1st election will decide whether Wisconsin’s voter ID law will be enshrined in the state constitution. Capitol Bureau Chief Shawn Johnson will have more on how some of the claims for and against the law have held up.
