Harris in Ripon, We Energies rate hike protests

Vice President Kamala Harris visited the birthplace of the GOP Thursday. Her campaign described the event as putting country above party. Protestors in Milwaukee called on We Energies to stop rate hikes. And, window collisions are a top cause of death for migrating birds.
