The U.S. Department of Education is lifting restrictions that prevented incarcerated people from using federal financial aid to pay for college. We’ll take a look at what that means in Wisconsin. Alliant Energy received a 30 million dollar federal grant for a new storage system in Columbia County. Joe Schulz will have more. And, federal student loan repayments are resuming as soon as October 1st after being paused for three and a half years. We’ll hear from a member of the Wisconsin Coalition on Student Debt to help clarify what options are available for borrowers.
