New legislation nicknamed the “sore loser bill” could block losing Wisconsin primary candidates from trying to get on the general election ballot. Wisconsin teens wanting to get behind the wheel could soon take state-funded driver’s education classes. And, the summer’s widespread drought in most of Wisconsin didn’t have as big as an impact on this fall’s foliage. Evan Casey will explain why.
