ACLU looks into cell phone record privacy

The Federal department of Justice is sending out a reminder to law enforcement agencies across the country that part of their job is to protect citizens’ privacy rights. Meanwhile, the ACLU has launched a nationwide Freedom of Information Act request, asking police agencies how they are protecting theprivacy of people’s cell phone records. Gilman Halsted reports.
