Wisconsin tribes get organized for recall elections

Get out the vote efforts during the summer of an odd-numbered year are usually pretty dormant. But things are different this year with the upcoming state Senate recall elections. Chuck Quirmbach reports on how some Native American tribes are trying to prepare to get people to the polls.
