The Milwaukee Bucks are looking to win their third straight playoff game when they take on the Celtics Monday night in Boston.

Milwaukee has a 2-1 lead in their second round NBA playoff series.

The Bucks won Game 3 over the weekend thanks to a strong performance by Giannis Antetokounmpo, who had 32 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists.

Reporter Eric Naim of the online sports news site The Athletic says another performance like that Monday night could propel the Bucks to an even bigger series lead.

“For me that was the first time that we really saw the Giannis that dominated the entire regular season, and I’m curious now to see if that is the Giannis we get the rest of the series,” Naim said.

Last year the Celtics defeated the Bucks in a seven-game playoff series in which the home team won each game.

Naim said the Bucks showed in Game 3 of this year’s series that they could win on the road.

“They went down 12 and were able to fight their way back; they had a big lead, they were able to protect it,” he said. “They were just able to do all of the things you wonder if a team can do when they’re on the road in the playoffs.”

The Bucks have home court advantage throughout the playoffs because they had the most wins in the regular season.

The two teams return to Milwaukee for Game 5 of the series Wednesday night.
