The Green Bay Packers’ all-time leading scorer is officially retiring from the NFL as a member of the Packers, the team announced Wednesday.
Kicker Mason Crosby spent 16 seasons in Green Bay from 2007 to 2022. Crosby played three games for the New York Giants in 2023 and did not play in the 2024 season.
After playing college football for the University of Colorado Boulder, Crosby went on to become the Green Bay’s all-time franchise leader in points, field goals and extra points. He accounted for more than 100 points in 15 of his 16 seasons in Green Bay.

Aside from his kicking accomplishments, Crosby ranks No. 1 in Packers history for games played and consecutive games played. Crosby was a member of the Packers’ Super Bowl 45 championship team, won nine division titles and appeared in six NFC Championship Games.
He is also one of only two players in NFL history to play in more than 250 regular-season games and score more than 1,900 points with one team.
The Packers say Crosby will speak to the media about his retirement on Friday.
