Salad:
- 10 – 12 Oz Spinach, fresh or bagged
- 1 Quart Strawberries, fresh, cut into slices
- 1 Medium Red onion, sliced

- ½ Cup Fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs Red wine vinegar
- ¼ Cup Skim milk
- 1 Tbs Poppy seeds
- Wash and spin dry spinach.
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Add spinach to salad bowl.
- Arrange strawberries and red onions on top of spinach.
- Shortly before serving*: Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad and toss together.
Servings: 6

*Salad will wilt if dressing is added too soon.
