Jim Ronding, owner of Remax One Realty in Superior, said, “It’s great. We like to be number one in something.”
“And it’s such a beautiful place in this area, with Lake Superior right at our door. To be affordable for people around here is just a bonus as well,” Ronding added.
Superior is ranked number 57 out of all communities in the nation. Mesquite, Texas, is number one on the national list.
