Over the last decade, union membership in Wisconsin has dropped, with some pointing the finger at Governor Scott Walker’s Act 10 legislation, as well as the state’s right-to-work law. We look at the current state of Wisconsin’s unions, including a current fight between Harley Davidson and the United Steelworkers union.
