Wisconsin Senate votes to remove Meagan Wolfe — But was it legal to?
On Thursday, the Republican-controlled Wisconsin Senate voted to remove Meagan Wolfe as the Wisconsin Elections Commission administrator. Democratic state Attorney General Josh Kaul said they lacked the legal authority to go ahead with the vote. We talk with a WPR reporter about the story, and a political scientist and legal expert helps us understand Kaul’s objections.
